Name: Kenn O’bé (last name pronounced obey) Bio: Kenn O'bé is a rapper out of N Florida, Jacksonville. Born in Tifton Ga (Tift County), April 21, 1986, and raised by Joesph N. and Ida L. Troupe. The youngest of 5 siblings (2 sisters, 3 brothers). Originally started recording and performing music at the age of 14; helped form a hip hip trio called "High-Bred Breeze" and was known as "Ber-Zerc." At 18, the group started performing in local clubs; music was put in rotation at clubs as far north as Tennessee. In '05, the group went separate ways. O'bé's new style is somewhat gangsta rap/poetic like Wale; with snappy verses and the ability to depict such vivid imagery, O'bé material connects with audiences on a more common ground/perspective.
